I read your post on my phone and forgot to come back and comment when I was at the computer later- BUT I thought it was VERY timely since JUST THAT DAY I was at a meeting up on campus where we applauded EVERY (and I mean every) new hire on campus in the faculty/staff and I was so so impressed with my loud clap that I wanted to call you guys and just hold the phone on my lap the next time they announces someone so you could listen. and marvel of course.

Ok, so clap off next time we visit or what?

I can do the really loud whistle produced by putting my fingers in my mouth. You know, the cab-hailing, room silencing (before a speech/announcement), loud-applause-like-yours accompanying (like at a concert) whistle.

Neil can wind electrical cords (cell charger cords, camera cables, extension cords) like a professional; all they need is a twist tie and they literally look like they came new out of the box that way.

Happy now, knowing our silly tricks? :)

i am pleased megan.
however, i'm so confused about the rest of the readership. i know we have 1000's of readers.

Ever notice how the word readership is so close to the word leadership? Let that simmer a bit. Discuss.

I like Thomas' point. The leadership of your readership are those that comment. Confirm. And then continue to discuss.

Also, I can scream louder than any of you. Even your children.
